Feel something else.

You cannot prevent people from bringing pain in your life. Most often than not you don't let go of that feeling in less than a month or so. You are fortunate if you can do so. When you're in pain you tend to think that the pain was personally inflicted and it was unfair and hurtful for you to take the blame. What you cannot understand is that sometimes it's both of you who commited mistake but you as a person hurt - you get bitter.

When you feel like you're hurt or betrayed by someone, it's okay to feel sad and angry and mad. Being bitter is a natural thing to feel but be sure to feel good and better and happy afterwards.

When someone hurt you, be a nagger. It's okay. Blame that person all you want and free yourself from all the guilt then let go and be better.

When you are in pain, you have all the courage to be mad and feel sad and oppressed. You don't usually get the other side of the story. You want to draw a picture of those things that were gone in your life after you've been hurt and slap it to that person's face.

When you are disappointed, don't let go of that feeling unless you did get even. Getting even or the feeling of need to get even is very acceptable. You just have to remind yourself that being beautiful and happy and being absolutely and totally okay is the sweetest revenge.

Yes, you were hurt but it doesn't mean you have to wish that person being miserable. Doing so would hurt you even more. Being bitter and nagger is very acceptable and wishing something beyond is very unprofessional and immature (talk of being matured).

Feel the pain, taste the tears, embrace the hurt - be bitter, let go and then get better.
