Goodnight Sleep.

If you want to feel good and look good the next morning, well, nothing beats a goodnight sleep :

People usually taking sleep for granted. I also DID. But what they don't know and what I just realized is that, it's one of the best things in life. :)

You know, lying in your bed and hugging your pillow and allowing yourself to rest is something you should be thankful for. It's one of the shortest heaven - experience ever :))

Hug can make you feel good. It can make you feel loved and cared for. When you haven't seen each other for a long time, a tight and full hug would let you know how much that person misses you. Even without a single word. Yaaaay! :) Sweet.

Change.

Change is the only constant thing in this world. Change is inevitable yet I hate change in some circumstances. I hate how people change. How feelings change. How relationship change.

People change because of hurt, anger, frustration. When people are happy, inspired and feel good, they don't change. They improve.

Feelings change because of something or someone's lacking. When something or someone's missing, people tend to feel something different. May it be good or bad, their feelings change.

Relationship change because people and feelings change. How sad. See how relationship is directly proportional to the people behind it and how they feel for each other. It's very dependent. People can never say their relationship is like this and like that because it's something beyond their control.

No, the truth is, people's happiness in a relationship, may it be romatic or family, depends on how they feel for each other and what they mean to each other.

Nakakapagod ang isang toxic na duty. Sa totoo lang, masaya naman talaga maging nurse e. Nakakaproud na inaalagaan mo ung mga taong hindi mo kilala. Ang hindi ko gusto e ung naalagaan mo sila pero sarili mo at sarili mong pamilya e minsan nakakalimutan mo. Ang masaklap pa, hindi alam ng mga taong inaalagaan mo kung ang isinasakripisyo mo mapagsilbihan lang sila. Hindi naman kami superhero para gawin ang mga bagay na ito ng walang kapalit. Higit sa pera, gusto namin ng paggalang at respeto. Gusto namin na kinakausap nio kami sa pinakamahinahong paraang alam niyo at hindi niyo kami sinisigawan. Marahil nasa matinding crisis kayo dahil nga maysakit kayo pero hindi sapat na dahilan un para makalimutan niyong may mga bagay din kaming sinasakripisyo mapagsilbihan lang kayo.
